Hessie Coleman is currently the Vice President of People at SEDNA, where Hessie advises on all things people and talent. Hessie is also the Founder of Xethe, a company that provides tailored support to businesses at different stages of their journey. With a background in HR consulting and management, Hessie has experience working in various roles at companies like Starling Bank, British Gas, and Centrica. Hessie holds a BA in German & International Relations, a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, and completed their International Baccalaureate at Bedford High School.
