Santiago Varas

Santiago Varas has worked in various engineering roles since 2016. In 2016, they were a Summer Intern at Tek Chile S.A. In 2017, they were a Propulsion Engineering Intern at Insitu Inc and a Program Coordinator at the Alabama Industrial Assessment Center. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Boeing as a Liaison Engineer and a Manufacturing Research and Development Team Lead. Currently, they are a Design Engineer at Sedron Technologies.

Santiago Varas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in 2018, after studying there from 2014 to 2018. Santiago then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in 2019.
