Setekh Naz Karaismailoglu

Setekh Naz Karaismailoglu has worked in various roles and companies. From 2021 onwards, they have been involved with SEDS UCSD, where they served as President, Propulsion Engineer, and Structures Engineer for the Lander Testbed. In 2023, Setekh interned as a Turbomachinery Engineering Intern at Ursa Major. In the same year, they were also the Director of Publicity at the Student Council of Eleanor Roosevelt College (SCERC). Prior to that, starting from 2020, Setekh worked as a Marketing Intern in the Office of Concerts and Events at the Associated Students of UC San Diego and as a member of the Portable Microscopy Project at Engineering World Health.

Setekh Naz Karaismailoglu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the American Collegiate Institute (ACI) / Özel İzmir Amerikan Koleji from 2015 to 2020, earning a High School Diploma.
