Raymond Mesa has extensive experience in the ticketing and event operations industry, holding various roles at different companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Festival Operations at See Tickets, Raymond oversees a team of Client Service Managers to ensure quality service at music festivals and venues. With a background in customer service management and supervision, Raymond has also managed ticket operations at Goldenvoice and UCLA Central Ticket Office. Prior to their career in event operations, Raymond worked as a math teacher at La Joya Community High School. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Spanish from UCLA and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
