Andrew Glanz

Andrew Glanz has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Andrew started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an Air Control Operations Officer and S-2 Intelligence Officer from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Diamond Foods, Inc. as a Production Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Specialist. Andrew then worked as a Production Supervisor at Shearer's Snacks from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Production Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies. Andrew returned to Shearer's Snacks in 2016 as an Operations Manager until 2019, when they joined SunOpta as a Plant Manager. At SunOpta, they later became a Regional Plant Manager. Currently, they are employed at Seed Beauty, where they have held the positions of Vice President Operations and Senior Vice President Operations since 2021.

Andrew Glanz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and World Business (German) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2006. In 2010, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2013, they pursued additional education at Villanova University, where they earned a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
