Ben Grove

Ben Grove is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user research across various leading companies. Currently serving as Head of Design at Seed Health since June 2024, Ben previously held the position of Director of Product Design & User Research at Glossier, Inc., where responsibilities included redesigning the eCommerce experience on Shopify to enhance revenue. Ben's background also features significant roles at Amazon, including Lead Product Designer for Amazon Pharmacy, focusing on growth through customer acquisition, and as Senior Product Designer for AWS. Additionally, Ben co-founded startups like Rookies and Cast App, developing innovative mobile experiences. Armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Missouri State University, Ben has a strong foundation in graphic design and illustration.
