Tennille Prichard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tennille started their career as a Police Officer at Palisade Police Department in August 2005 and served until February 2007. Following this, they worked as a Probation Officer and Domestic Violence Specialist at Intervention from May 2005 to May 2007. In January 2007, they joined the State of Colorado as a Parole Officer and worked there until August 2009. Tennille then transitioned to L Squared LLC. in August 2009, where they took on various roles including HR Manager, Director of Business Operations, and ultimately Vice President. During their tenure at L Squared, they were responsible for overseeing business operations, including sales, account services, contract management, negotiations, program management, and human resources and accounting functions. In 2018, they joined Seed Innovations, LLC as a Project Manager.

Tennille Prichard earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University, attending from 2000 to 2004. In 2012, they completed the Policy Academy at Colorado Mountain College and obtained P.O.S.T. certification. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Project Management Academy in May 2018, SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management) from the Society for Human Resource Management in January 2017, and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in February 2018.
