Jessica Burston

Jessica is currently the Director of Operations at Royds Withy King, a law firm in the legal top 100. Previous roles include Regional Director in the legal business process outsourcing firm, Intelligent Office and before that a career in the health service with 6 years as an operations manager in the Ambulance service.

Jessica has three grown up children and lives in a village in Wiltshire where she enjoys being part of various voluntary organisations, in particular singing and performing in a number of bands. She is a keen cyclist and walker and is will be climbing Kilimanjaro in 2020 as part of RWK’s commitment to Julian House UK, a homeless charity based in Bath. As part of her research for this trip, she has developed a keen personal interest in the conservation issues prevalent in Africa and has joined SEED to bring some additional operational focus and governance expertise to the Trustees.
