Sandra Waithaka

Sandra Waithaka currently serves as the Mentorship Manager at SEED SPOT, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic development and management of a national network of volunteer mentors. Previously, Sandra held the role of Program Manager at The Global Good Fund, successfully managing recruitment cycles and facilitating sessions for entrepreneurs. Sandra also gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Grantmakers for Effective Organizations and Black Alliance for Just Immigration, providing high-level support to senior executives. Additional roles include positions at Clyde's Restaurant Group, African Union, and The Fund for Peace, alongside educational credentials from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies and Political Science was earned.
