Juan Alberto Flores

Juan Alberto Flores is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the field of innovation and corporate communication. As Founder and President of Ynnovadores Perú, Juan Alberto specializes in innovation consultancy, having incubated and accelerated over 600 startups and supported more than 20 large companies in enhancing their innovation efforts. Juan Alberto also founded Conector Perú, a PR Tech firm that leverages big data and machine learning to develop corporate communication strategies. Active in the nonprofit sector, Juan Alberto established the Asociación Civil Los Patriots to promote social entrepreneurship and innovation in Peru. Additional leadership roles include serving as President of the IAB Perú committee focused on startups and co-founding SHIFT.pe, a collaborative network aimed at fostering innovation. Juan Alberto's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Universidad de Lima, and ongoing studies for a Master's in Data Science at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
