Jamie Sevilla

Jamie Sevilla has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Jamie began their career in 2011 as an Intern for the Senate of the Philippines. In 2012, they joined IBM Philippines as a Senior HR Delivery Analyst, where they were responsible for candidate generation through networking and research. Jamie then moved to Republic Cement Services Inc. in 2014 as a Senior HR Specialist. In 2018, they joined HSBC as a Learning and Development Manager, HR Relationship Manager, and HR Business Support Manager. In 2020, they joined Lazada as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Currently, they are the Head of HR for Seedbox Philippines.

Jamie Sevilla has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, which they obtained in 2012. Jamie also holds a number of certifications, including Civil Service Professional Passer from the Civil Service Commission (2012), HR Metrics and Analytics Certification from Grant Thornton LLP (2017), Think On Your Feet from People Ignite, Inc. (2017), Competency Based HRM Certification from Ateneo CORD (2018), Basic Mandarin from Confucius Institute at the Ateneo de Manila University (2021), Transformative Coaching from Coach Masters Academy Global (2021), and Data Storytelling for Business from StoryIQ (2022). Currently, Jamie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at De La Salle University, which they expect to complete in 2022.
