Lana Z.

Lana Z. has over a decade of experience in the health and legal sectors, currently serving as a Navigator for the Maryland Health Connection at Seedco since January 2015, where responsibilities include providing assistance for health insurance enrollment in a timely and confidential manner. Prior to this role, Lana was a Medical Care Program Associate II for the State of Maryland, assisting consumers with health insurance eligibility, and worked as a Social Security Disability Adjudicator for the State of Delaware from 2010 to 2014, reviewing and analyzing disability claims. Additional experience includes multiple roles at Epoq USA from 2003 to 2010, encompassing legal document management and customer support. Lana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing further education in cybersecurity at Harford Community College.
