Imani DeJesus currently serves as the Vice President of Programs & Guidance at SEEDS - Access Changes Everything, a role held since August 2022, leading initiatives to enhance educational opportunities for high-achieving students from low-income communities. Previously, Imani held the position of Senior Program Manager for HBCUs & HSIs with Enactus United States, supporting student teams through the FutureMakers Initiative. Additional experience includes directing operations at Paul Robeson Charter School and various roles at SEEDS, including Director of Programs, Dean of Scholars Programs, and Assistant Dean of Scholars Programs, where Imani was instrumental in managing educational programs for a diverse student body. Prior positions include Program Manager at Coatesville Youth Initiative and roles at People for People, Inc. Imani is pursuing advanced education at Harvard Graduate School of Education and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University.
