Shane Kelly

Shane Kelly is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems and supporting underrepresented founders. As the Founder and CEO of Cinematica Labs since May 2022, Shane has partnered with Pharrell Williams' Black Ambition to mentor over 240 founders. Shane also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the USC Marshall School of Business, teaching graduate students about venture investments. With a history of leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Wolverine Angels and various mentorship positions within Techstars and HBCUvc, Shane is dedicated to promoting inclusivity in venture capital and innovation. Shane holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mathematics & Physics from Morehouse College.
