Virginia Bauman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as a Coach and Facilitator at Reboot.io and as a member of the Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board at Seed&Spark, Virginia also owns Scale.us, dedicated to helping leaders grow. Previous roles include Advisor and VP of Strategy at Go Get Em Tiger, where focus areas included leadership development and operations, and Director of Ecommerce for a hospitality-driven coffee enterprise. Virginia founded and owned Cuties, a queer-focused community organization, and held significant positions at Tonx, Inc. and Foodzie, Inc., where operational and product management skills were honed. Virginia's background includes a degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and experience in technology sales and support with Apple Computer.
