Elsa AR. Yanni has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors and roles. Elsa began their career as a High School Trainer and Chair at GC LAU Model United Nations in 2011, where they gained experience in leadership and training. In the same year, they also served as an Executive Assistant at Lebanese American University for two years.

In 2013, Elsa took on an Internship at Banque Libano-Française, where they gained exposure to the banking industry. Simultaneously, they worked as an Academic Assistant at Lebanese American University until 2014.

Elsa then joined Speed Accelerator in 2014 as an Operations Manager - Program Associate, where they handled various program-related responsibilities. Elsa'stenure lasted until 2020, showcasing their commitment to the role.

In 2020, Elsa transitioned to Seedstars as the MENA Senior Program Manager. Elsa'srole involved collaborating with governments, development agencies, corporate partners, and private donors to develop emerging market entrepreneurship ecosystems, create jobs, and fuel economic growth. Elsa'stenure at Seedstars is ongoing.

More recently, in 2021, Elsa joined Boost with Facebook as a Program Manager. Elsa contributed to the implementation of programs until December 2021.

Overall, Elsa has exhibited a strong career progression and valuable experience in program management, operations, and academic support across various organizations and sectors.

Elsa AR. Yanni completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics/International Affairs from the Lebanese American University, where they enrolled in 2011 and graduated in 2014. Prior to that, they attended St Joseph School from 1997 to 2011, where they obtained a Lebanese Baccalaureate degree with a focus on Life Science S3SV.
