Lukas Gnilka

Lukas Gnilka is an experienced professional in strategy and innovation, currently serving as Manager of Strategy & Innovation at Beyond Gravity since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing startup collaborations and participating in the company's innovation committee. In addition to this role, Lukas is an elected member of the Pension Fund Commission and has established "The Launchpad," a venture client program that successfully executed projects with nine startups in its first year. As a mentor for startups at both the CASSINI Business Accelerator and Seedstars, Lukas contributes extensive industry knowledge. Previous experience includes serving as Investment Manager at EquityPitcher Ventures, where over 25 investments were made in early-stage startups, and positions at AUDI AG focused on digitization strategy, as well as quality control at SCHOTT. Academically, Lukas holds a Master of Science in Management & Innovation from Steinbeis-Hochschule and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Hochschule Mainz.
