Scott Schade

Mr. Schade joined Seefried in November 2021 as a Development Manager. His duties include managing the due-diligence process, procurement, construction activities, and tenant move-in for both build-to-suit and speculative developments throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Schade spent 10 years with The Conlan Company as a Superintendent where he gained valuable construction experience through supervising projects in cooperation with other Project Superintendents.
