Damien Balachandran

Damien Balachandran, MIEAust, is an experienced engineer with a strong background in hardware engineering and applications. Currently serving as Team Lead - Applications and previously as Hardware Engineer at Seeing Machines since March 2013, Damien plays a pivotal role in developing advanced computer vision technologies that enhance safety for drivers and operators. Prior to this, Damien worked as a DSS/IVS Hardware Engineer and began with the company as a Graduate Hardware Engineer. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) in Mechanical and Material Systems, Manufacturing and Management Systems, and Sustainable Energy Systems from The Australian National University, complemented by a GCE 'A' Levels from Methodist College Kuala Lumpur. Internship experience includes a position at ALCIM Sdn. Bhd. in early 2012.
