Glen leads the people agenda at Seeing Machines.

He is responsible for aligning the human capital strategy – to attract, retain and develop world-class talent – with the company’s overall business strategies, in order to ensure that Seeing Machines remains at the cutting edge in its target markets.

Glen has more than 20 years of human resources experience across finance, telecommunications, consulting, utilities and technology industries.

Before joining Seeing Machines in 2016, Glen held senior leadership roles in HR for Fortune 500 companies where he had a proven track record in implementing effective business solutions and driving organisational and internal HR improvements.
