Li-Ann Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business management across multiple regions in Asia-Pacific. Currently serving as the Commercial Growth Manager APAC and Head of Digital Business Malaysia at SEEK since August 2018, Li-Ann received recognition as Sales Leader of the Year 2022 for outstanding sales performance and leadership. Previous roles include Head of Telesales Malaysia at Convergys and the Facebook SMB Operations Manager for APAC, where Li-Ann successfully led multiple start-up initiatives. Earlier career highlights comprise leading Inside Sales at Digi Telecommunications and holding various managerial positions at DHL Express Malaysia, where Li-Ann was awarded Sales Person of the Year. Li-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.
