Jo Honeybone

Jo Honeybone is an experienced professional in the field of development and funding, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Contracts at Oxfam since March 2024. Prior experience includes leading the RAFT Research Programme Consortium at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and working as a Programme, Funding, Partnerships Consultant on a freelance basis. During tenure at Action Against Hunger UK, significant responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of over £70 million in contracts as Head of Programme Funding. Jo has also held various roles with organizations such as Penal Reform International, Greenwich Action For Voluntary Service, REDRESS, and the International Rescue Committee, accumulating expertise in programme management and development across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a BA and MPhil in History from the University of Cambridge.
