Shen Tham

Shen Tham currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Asia at SEEK since September 2021, following a successful tenure as Chief Technology Officer at REA Group Asia from September 2014 to September 2021, where REA Group has established itself as a leading global digital property business. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Nomura from July 2009 to August 2014, focusing on Global Markets Research IT in the Asia-Pacific region, and earlier, as a Principal Consultant at ThoughtWorks from January 2001 to July 2009, specializing in enterprise delivery and digital transformation across multiple sectors. Shen began a career in technology as a Research Scientist at CSIRO in late 2000, contributing to Artificial Intelligence research. Educational qualifications include a Certificate Program in Data Science in Real Estate from MIT, Startup Engineering from Stanford University, and dual degrees in Computer Science from Monash University.
