Weidan Li

Weidan Li, Ph.D, serves as the Design Research Lead and Coach for APAC at SEEK since September 2022, focusing on enhancing design research skills within the team and building research infrastructure. Previous experience includes roles as a Principal Design Researcher at ahm Health Insurance, where innovation in health services was emphasized, and as Design Research Lead at Xero, conducting research for global payroll solutions. Weidan has also featured as a public speaker at various conferences, including the Designing with AI Conference 2024. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Human-Centred Design from Swinburne University of Technology and a Master’s in Multimedia and Entertainment Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
