James Thayer

James Thayer is a multifaceted entrepreneur with extensive experience in the entertainment industry and leadership roles. As Executive Producer at Seek First Productions, LLC, James has produced content for major companies and ministries since 2007. Currently, James serves as Owner of Nashville Gear Rental and CEO of Creative DCP, while also fulfilling the role of Minister with Christian Global Outreach Ministries. James holds positions as Minority Owner and Board Member of Thayer Enterprises, LLC, as well as Advisory Board Member for the Academy of Makeup Arts. Previous roles include Director of Digital Content at Crush It TV and Shooter/Editor at Complex Networks, alongside membership on the Board of Directors for Film Nashville. James earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2012. Additionally, family leadership is paramount for James, who identifies as Husband and Daddy at Thayer Family.
