Jeff Karlson

As VP of Product & Marketing, Jeff is responsible for the products that Seek delivers to its customers. Jeff’s primary focus is to bring the voice of the customer from the outside in to develop new product solutions, roadmaps and go to market strategies for their OEM, ODM and Branded businesses. Jeff innovates with speed and efficiency from his product development experience in engineering, product management and product marketing. His desire to delight their customers while solving new business challenges in the thermal industry drives their marketing and commercialization strategies along with their product developments.

Prior to joining the Seek team Jeff has held leadership roles in product engineering, consumer products research, product management and product marketing. At Stanley Black & Decker he was also part of the Stanley Leadership Program adding operational, manufacturing and supply chain experience. At iRobot Corporation Jeff was instrumental in bringing advanced technical products to consumers with ease and delight. Jeff has held leadership roles managing large product portfolios as well as creating new technology products and entering new market segments. Jeff brings these experiences to their growing teams and company.

Jeff grew up in Boston, MA and graduated from Brown University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics.
