Hrishika Awasthi

Hrishika Awasthi has a diverse work experience beginning in 2017. In 2017, they were a Research and Fieldwork Intern at Asmat India, where their primary task was to conduct research and come up with developmental plans for youth mobilization and implementation in rural villages. Hrishika also served as a Peer Counselor at Peer Support Program, LSR, where they received training in cognitive behavioural therapy and mental health counseling skills and coordinated workshops on issues like adjustments, body image and stress management. In 2018, they were a Clinical Psychology Intern at Moolchand Hospital, where their primary task was to take case histories of incoming patients. In 2019, they pursued a Masters in Applied Psychology at Delhi University. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder of Emodite, where the focus is on developing holistic mental health solutions for schools and organizations. In 2021, they became a Corporate Trainer at Seekho.

Hrishika Awasthi attended Delhi Public School Noida from 2006 to 2016 and then obtained a Senior Diploma in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti in 2016. Hrishika subsequently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women in 2019. Hrishika is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University and is expected to graduate in 2021.
