Karen Weissberg

Karen Weissberg has over 20 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in companies such as Seeking Alpha, SysAid Technologies Ltd., Paradigm, NEC Group, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Comverse. Their roles have included VP Global HR, Head of HR for Israel and Global R&D Org., HR Business Partner for the EMEA Region, and HR Manager for different divisions. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, leadership development, employee relations, and talent management, aligning HR initiatives with business strategies to drive organizational success.

Karen Weissberg earned their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1997. Karen later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Development at the same university from 2003 to 2006.
