Christina Vidauri

Christina Vidauri has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Christina is currently employed at SeekOut as a Principal Technical Recruiter, where they support the Engineering, Product, and Design teams while also contributing to the establishment and growth of a new India Engineering Office in Bengaluru. Before joining SeekOut, Christina worked at Big Fish Games as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where they incorporated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program work and process creation into their job description. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Big Fish Games, hiring a wide range of professionals such as Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Marketers.

Christina also has experience at Niantic, Inc., where they were a Recruiter for the Bellevue Office, primarily hiring for Engineering, QA, and Design roles. Christina recruited several senior server engineers, SREs, and QA leads during their tenure. Additionally, Christina worked at New Alchemy as a Recruiter, focusing on improving the applicant tracking system and providing training on interviewing fundamentals and behavioral techniques.

Before transitioning into the field of recruitment, Christina held various roles at Versive (formerly Context Relevant), including being a Recruiter. Christina mainly recruited Engineers and Machine Learning Scientists, but also hired for other positions as needed. Christina implemented structured hiring processes and applicant tracking systems to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Prior to their recruitment roles, Christina worked as an Executive Assistant to the CFO at ServiceMaster of Seattle and as a Receptionist/Bookkeeping Assistant at Proliance Surgeons.

In addition, Christina has obtained certifications in Data-Driven Diversity Recruiting from SeekOut in 2022 and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
