Luca Belli currently serves as the Technical Team Leader for Electronics & Compliance at Cree Lighting, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading a design team focused on electronics development and product qualification. Prior to this role, Luca was an Electronic Design Engineer III at Cree from October 2014 to April 2018 and worked as an R&D Engineer at AEC Illuminazione from January 2011 to October 2014, specializing in electronic and electrical testing, including EMC and thermal tests, as well as designing surge protection devices for outdoor lighting. Educational qualifications include a degree in Automation and Control Engineering from Università di Firenze, as well as a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Università degli Studi di Siena. Luca has also completed multiple internal auditor trainings in OHSE and laboratory management systems.
