Oscar Karlsson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as an IT Technician at Dina Försäkringar, where they provided technical support and assistance to users. In 2014, they joined Expressen as a Campaign Manager, responsible for planning and analyzing online advertising campaigns. Oscar also conducted a successful Master Thesis on the digital market for Swedish newspapers during their time at Expressen. In 2016, Oscar moved to Bonnier News Sales, where they held multiple roles including Technical Project Manager, Programmatic Specialist, and Acting Business Manager. Oscar then joined Seenthis in 2017 as the Head of Product.

Oscar Karlsson attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2008 until 2014. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civilingenjör, with a specialization in Media Technology. Additionally, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Media Management at the same institution. Oscar also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they briefly studied Media Management at Stockholm School of Economics.
