Ting Huang

Ting Huang has worked as a Scientist I in Data Science and Machine Learning at Seer since February 2022. Prior to this, Ting was a Graduate Research Assistant at Northeastern University from May 2015 to December 2021. Ting also worked as an Intern at Biognosys AG from May 2017 to August 2017, where they were responsible for designing benchmarking experiments, combining precursor and fragment information for improved detection of differential abundance, and conducting statistical analysis of benchmarking experiments. Before that, Ting was a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2014 to May 2015, and at Dalian University of Technology from September 2011 to June 2014.

Ting Huang's education history begins in 2007 when they started their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Dalian University of Technology. They completed this degree in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, Ting pursued their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same institution. In 2014, Ting transferred to Purdue University to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics, which they completed in 2015. Afterward, Ting enrolled at Northeastern University where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from 2015 to 2021.
