Alisa Scharf

Director, SEO at Seer Interactive

Alisa applies her passion for solving problems as a Director of SEO at Seer. She partners with Seer’s Executive Team and the SEO Division’s leadership team to scale Seer’s vision across our portfolio of clients.

A data-driven marketer at heart, Alisa joined Seer in 2012 as an Account Manager, working on a variety of client accounts ranging from a Fortune 50 financial institution, regional healthcare systems, and enterprise eCommerce. Whether it was a client who addressed an acute business problem with SEO or a content strategy aimed at solving a consumer’s pain points, Alisa genuinely enjoyed winning for her clients as an Account Manager.

In 2014 Alisa moved into a Team Lead role. In the Team Lead role, Alisa continued to be the strategic lead for a key account, a national greeting card brand with multiple enterprise eCommerce websites. She additionally supported and grew a team of Account Managers and Associates.

In 2016 Alisa was promoted to Associate Director, defining a new role for Seer. Alisa was thrilled to have the opportunity to design systems and processes that improve our ability to perform for our clients, as well as improve the lives of our team by eliminating points of friction and roadblocks in their day-to-day.

Alisa is a proud Temple University alumni. In her free time, Alisa loves to take advantage of Seer’s unlimited vacation policy by traveling to new places, primarily to try local food and beer. Alisa is an enthusiast and advocate for several local animal shelters and has a soft spot for rescue animals.
