Moran New has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Human Resource Manager at Clal Insurance, where they were responsible for recruitment, salary management, and protocol development. They then moved on to become a Public Relations Manager at the same company, handling customer disputes and coordinating with different departments. Moran later worked as a Recruitment & Placement Manager at Nisha Group, a Recruitment Consultant at RMA IT Recruitment Pty Ltd, and a Recruitment Manager at TalentHunt, specializing in finding the right candidates for clients. They also served as a Principal Consultant at Marshall McAdam, leveraging their experience, knowledge, and vision to achieve organizational goals. Currently, Moran is the Director of Global HR & Talent at Seer.

Moran New received a BA degree in Jewish Studies and Education from Baltimore Hebrew University from 2003 to 2006. From 2008 to 2009, Moran pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Business Administration (Human Resource Specialization) at Heriot-Watt University.
