Lauren Ross

Lauren Ross has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Lauren is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Seesaw Learning, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ThinkCERCA from 2019 to 2021, first as a School Success Manager and then as a Success Analyst. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Policy and Innovation Special Projects Fellow at Illinois Action for Children. In 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at Chicago Public Schools. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Rowe Elementary School, including ESL Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher. In 2011, they were a Lead Preschool Teacher at El Hogar del Nino. In 2013, they took on the role of Governors Office of Early Childhood Development - Policy and Advocacy Summer Fellow at Leadership for Educational Equity. Finally, in 2010, they were a Corps Member and Campus Campaign Coordinator at Teach for America.

Lauren Ross completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Early Childhood Education (MEd) with a specialization in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Dominican University, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. Lauren then obtained an English as a Second Language Endorsement from National Louis University in 2013-2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Inc. in November 2019.
