Karissa Mann, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Karissa began their career at Drewry Broadcast Group-KSWO-TV in 2003, serving as the Human Resources Director. In 2004, they joined Farmers Insurance as a Human Resource Services Specialist. Karissa then joined Chesapeake Energy in 2007, where they held various roles throughout their tenure, including Recruiter, Employee Relations Specialist, Sr. Employee Relations Specialist, Sr. HR Business Partner, and Manager - Employee Relations & Compliance. In 2017, they transitioned to SEF Energy, initially joining as the Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the role of Director - Human Resources in March 2020. Karissa's strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR management has equipped their with the skills and expertise necessary for effectively managing human resources functions in various organizations.

Karissa Mann, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Human Relations degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2002 to 2003. Karissa obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2015, along with the SHRM-CP certification during the same month and year.
