Marko Draguljic

Marko Draguljic currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Sefar Group since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Personalentwickler at Würth Group from May 2017 to April 2023, and as a Personal- und Organisationsentwickler at Emmi Gruppe from November 2012 to April 2017. Marko also gained experience at Mercedes-Benz Deutschland through an internship in HRM/CR process consulting and training while completing a master's thesis from August 2011 to July 2012. Early career experience includes a position as a Polymechaniker at HEULE Precision Tools from August 2004 to August 2006. Marko holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, as well as a Berufsmatura in Mathematics.
