Joelmo Silva Fraga

Joelmo Silva Fraga is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in project management and education. Currently serving as an Analista de Projetos at SEFAZMT since February 2022, Joelmo focuses on technology solutions that align with the strategic goals of the institution. In addition, Joelmo has been a Professor at UNIVAG for several years, where contributions to the Technology courses emphasize the development of essential technical and analytical skills in students. Joelmo also plays a significant role as a Titular Member of the Núcleo Docente Estruturante, influencing strategic decisions and enhancing course outcomes. Prior experience includes work as an Analista de Sistemas with the Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Mato Grosso, specializing in educational system development and management. Joelmo holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso do Sul.
