Jeff Shieh

Jeff Shieh is an experienced legal professional who has held various leadership positions in the gaming, entertainment, and media industries. Jeff currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Head of Legal & Business Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at Sega of America, Inc. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Vice President, Head of Legal & Business Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at the same company. Jeff also gained valuable experience as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs at Oak View Group and as the Senior Director of Legal at Activision. Jeff has a strong background in the gaming industry, having served as the Managing Counsel for EA's mobile, social, and online video game and music divisions. Additionally, Jeff has held leadership positions at Evolve Media, LLC and Edison International, and they started their career as a corporate and entertainment associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Jeff is recognized for their expertise in M&A, corporate governance, finance, and securities law.

Jeff Shieh received their J.D., Cum Laude, and Order of the Coif from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 1999. Prior to that, they earned their B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology, with a Minor in Business Administration, from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995.
