Erick R. Rodriguez

Erick R. Rodriguez, Esq. is an experienced attorney with a focus on first-party and third-party insurance defense, as well as subrogation defense, specializing in contracts, property damage, personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and homeowners' association/condominium association law. Rodriguez has held attorney positions at Segal McCambridge (November 2022 - Present), Clausen Miller P.C. (April 2022 - October 2022), and Gaebe Mullen Antonelli & DiMatteo (December 2019 - April 2022). Prior to this, Rodriguez gained experience as a summer associate at Tripp Scott, P.A. and has contributed as a columnist for International Opulence Magazine. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and International and Global Studies from the University of Central Florida.
