Erik Bundgaard has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Erik started their career in 1989 as a Specialist Adviser at Dansk Landbrugsrådgivning, Danish Cattle, where they stayed until 2006. From 1990 to 2010, they worked as a Special Adviser at Videncentret for Landbrug. Erik then joined Dansk Landbrugsrådgivning (Danish Agricultural Advisory Service) as a Special Adviser from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Erik became the Head of Department at SEGES Innovation, where they currently hold the role of People Lead, Kompetenceleder, and Resource Manager. Erik'sfocus is on implementing effective digital tools and supporting customers.
Erik Bundgaard attended Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Service Excellence Chief Academy, specializing in service and leadership. Prior to this, they studied at Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole from 1984 to 1989, earning a Cand. Agro degree. During this period, their field of study included biology, mathematics, chemistry, and husbandry.
