Prior roles include project designer at EPPM from February 2012 to May 2023 and electrical installer positions at WESTPOINT, CMR ENERGIE, SENA, and cmr, where responsibilities included photovoltaic installations and interventions on MV and LV networks. Huimli Bilel holds a senior technician degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ISET RADES and completed internal training in PDMS 3D electrical design at EPPM. Additional qualifications include English training from Amideast.
