Michelle Imhoff

Michelle Imhoff is the Head of Talent at Segmed, Inc. and an Advisor at Syelo. Prior to their current roles, Michelle served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Shield AI, Talent Manager at Pittsburgh Glass Works, and Recruiting Manager at Alcoa. Michelle has a background in recruitment, HR, and talent management, with experience at various Pittsburgh companies as well. Michelle holds a BS in Social and Decision Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University, an MA in Human Resource Development and Integrated Studies from DePaul University, and certifications in various HR-related fields. Additionally, Michelle is currently pursuing certification in College Access Counseling at Rice University and is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter through AIRS Training.
