Originally formed in 1997, Segmiller & Associates is a Pennsylvania law firm providing quality litigation services for both national insurance carriers and corporate clients.  Significantly, our WBENC certified firm has met the stringent requirements of the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) as an AV rated preeminent law firm.  individually, our attorneys have well over 100 years of trial experience in multiple state and federal courts trying both jury and non-jury trials, as well as participating in arbitrations.  With these many years of trial experience, our attorneys have handled cases involving first and third-party insurance claims, bad faith and coverage issues, breach of contract actions, workplace investigations, premises liability, toxic tort claims, special investigations and insurance fraud, and most recently board licensing complaints, ADR services and the like.
