Alex Dam

Alex Dam is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Co-Chair of the Young Finance Professionals in Auckland since April 2023 and is a lifelong member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honour Society. Alex has held significant roles at Hillfarrance Venture Capital, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate and now Principal, focusing on deal origination, diligence, and investment strategies in the video gaming sector. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the AUT Investment Club, as well as roles at ANZ and National Capital, where Alex conducted research and analysis in banking and investment contexts. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Auckland University of Technology.
