Andrea Redfern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer network operations and solutions management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Customer Network Operations Center and Technical Customer Solutions Center Manager at Segra since January 2019, Andrea previously held various leadership roles at Spirit Communications from September 2011 to January 2019, including Customer Solutions Center Manager and manager of customer support and operations. Earlier experience includes owning BreakNeck Media from June 2009 to September 2011. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2009. Education was initiated at Greer High School, with graduation in 2005.
