Nicholas Christensen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Repair at Segra since February 2021, Nicholas has progressed through various roles including Manager of Enterprise Repair and Technical Support Manager. Prior to joining Segra, Nicholas held the position of Manager at Windstream's Enterprise Repair Center from February 2013 to February 2021, with earlier roles as an ERC Data Technician and Team Lead. Nicholas also gained customer service experience at Staples Contract Division and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, along with administrative expertise at the Department of Justice's Crime Victim Services Division. Nicholas completed education at Douglas McKay High School, earning a High School Diploma in General Studies.
