Tim Balsom

Tim Balsom is an experienced project and technical development manager with a strong background in construction and real estate. Currently serving as a Technical Development Manager at SEGRO plc since November 2019, Tim previously held the role of Senior Project Manager/Project Director at Soho House & Co, where responsibilities included leading a team of project managers and architects. Tim's career also encompasses significant roles at Workspace Group as a Senior Project Manager, where involvement in major capital projects included managing a £1.8 billion portfolio. With a background in building surveying from St Martins Property and Pellings, and military service with the British Army, Tim possesses extensive knowledge in project management and construction legislation. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University College of Estate Management, an MBA in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Reading, and an HND in Environmental Engineering Technology.
