Laura Houghton

Laura Houghton has worked in various roles since 1999. Laura started their career at Cott Beverages as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring that all brand products were produced and delivered on time. In 2005, they moved to thankQ at Access Group as a Sales and Marketing Representative. In 2010, they joined Access Group as a Key Account Manager, where they managed the orders, delivery, storage, and production for customers such as Thames Hospice Care, Chatsworth House, and Royal British Legion. In 2016, they joined Segura Systems as the Head of Customer Success & Marketing, and later became the Marketing & Events Manager.

Laura Houghton began their educational journey at Our Lady's Convent School from 1986 to 1995. Laura then attended Rawlins Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned their GCSE's. Houghton then attended Loughborough College from 1999 to 2000, where they earned their NVQ in Customer Services. In 2017, Houghton began their Bachelor's degree at De Montfort University, where they graduated in 2019 with a BA (Hons) in Business Management (CMDA) from the Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services field. During their time at De Montfort University, Houghton also earned Advanced Level Certifications from The Open University in Technology, Innovation and Management, Supply Chain Sustainability, and Modern Slavery.
