Diana Lemus

Diana Lemus is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in project planning and execution in technology integration for security. Currently serving as Gerente de Capital Humano at Seguritech since September 2018, Diana oversees human resources management, focusing on IT talent, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and infrastructure. Previously, Diana held the position of Gerente de recursos humanos at Sloane Energy Colombia SAS from October 2012 to January 2018, where leadership in human resources contributed to impactful projects in responsible and sustainable energy generation in Colombia. Earlier roles include Coordinadora de Selección, Capacitación y Desarrollo at Centro Policlínico Del Olaya and psychologist positions at Baxter International Inc. from November 2001 to June 2010.
